II. Logging in to WebBoard

Your instructor will provide you with a temporary password, but you should change it to something private the first time you log in to the system (see Section V for more information about passwords). To log in, follow these steps:

1. Once the login dialog box appears (see below), place your cursor in the field labeled User Name and type in your netid.
2. Press the <TAB> key or use the mouse to move to the Password field. Carefully type your password (the text won't be viewable in this field).

After successfully logging in, you will see the welcome page for your class WebBoard board-it will look something like this:
