Library Information Specialist Endorsement
Effective July 1, 2006, community college coursework will now fulfill the educational requirements for Illinois certified teachers to earn the Library Inforamtion Specialist Endorsement.
There are two avenues for earning the endorsement. Students may complete a major (32 hours) in the content area or they must have 24 hours of content and pass a content test for Library Information Specialist.
