Getting Your Library Card Online

Who is Eligible?

Eligibility to apply online for a library card is restricted to currently enrolled CLC Students. All other users must apply for a library card in person.

What do I Need Before I Can Apply?

When applying for a library card online, you will need a valid student ID number and a valid CLC email address.

When will my library card be active?

You will receive your new barcode by email within 24 hours of your request Monday through Saturday. A physical card will be sent to your home by mail within 7 days of your request. You must have a valid CLC email address in order to receive your barcode number. The library is unable to send barcode numbers to non-CLC email addresses.

Southlake Hours: M - Th 9:00am to 7:00pm | Friday Closed | Saturday and Sunday Closed
Lakeshore Hours: by limited appointment, call 847-543-2071 for information.
